Scoping

Each HealthCheck is tailored to fit the size, style and activities of our clients. In order to meet the needs of your business we first conduct a scoping exercise. This consists of an interview with one or more members of the senior management team and allows us to focus on your business and its information requirements, rather than purely on the systems and technology. No preparation is required on the client’s part for this initial stage of the process.
